Aquafin  MORTAR-LN
Universal Waterproofing, Repairing & Lining Mortar

MORTAR-LN at a minimum thickness of 1/4 inch (6mm) and larger is guaranteed to prevent water infiltration or exfiltration through the application.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

• Horizontal, vertical and overhead applications to concrete, masonry, brick and some natural stone substrates by troweling or spraying (guniting), to new or old structures.

FIX 10-S
AQUAFIN FIX 10-S is an ultra fast setting, chloride free hydraulic cement which sets immediately when exposed to water.

FIX 10-S is applied to concrete, masonry, stone, positive or negative water pressure side, to:

• seal leaky joints, cracks or formite holes

Product Description:

AQUAFIN CON-TECH HYDRO-POX 212 GL is a two component, self-priming, silica filled 100% solids epoxy grouting and lining system. It is designed for application with peristaltic (carrousel) pump, allowing virtually an unlimited thickness to be applied in single monolithic coat, 80 - 160 mils (2 - 4 mm)  thickness.

Joint Sealing Tape - 2000

JOINT SEALING TAPE - 2000 - 60% elongation - is an elastomeric, tear resistant, breathable waterproofing tape which prevents passage of moisture and water through joints and cracks. It is bonded to the substrate with AQUAFIN-2K/M flexible cementitious waterproofing.

INTEGRAMIX-WP
INTEGRAL LIQUID WATERPROOFING ADMIXTURE

INTEGRAMIX-WP packaged in 5 gal or 194 gal (735 liter) tote and metering pump concrete.  It consists of a water based suspension of inorganic waterproofing agents in a solution of various polymers and is added to the concrete during the batching process or in a ready-mix truck with full mixing capabilities.

In addition to its waterproofing characteristics INTEGRAMIX-WP also significantly increases the compressive strength and freeze-thaw resistance of concrete and acts as a superplasticizer.

Typical Applications:  Any concrete mix requiring waterproofing (water impermeable) capabilities.

PURCOLOR - 5000 (ST)

PURCOLOR - 5000 (ST) is a plasticizing liquid admixture for precast concrete products. It protects concrete from unsightly efflorescence and improves and intensifies the brightness of colors.  In addition, it prevents concrete mixtures from adhering to the compactor of hermetic presses thus uniformly filling the mould, resulting in an even, true-form finished product.

REMITAN (BV)

REMITAN (BV) is a plasticizing liquid admixture for precast concrete products. It increases the compatability of the mix and promotes formation of a uniform concrete with a dense, non porous surface. It is not a water reducing agent.  REMITAN (BV) has the capability to retain moisture within the concrete thus reducing bleed water and preventing surface shrinkage.

This ready-to-use, liquid admixture meets ASTM C-494 requirements for Type A admixtures.

AQUAFIN - 1K
CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING COATING

AQUAFIN - 1K is a cementitious, ready-mixed powder, which is mixed with water to form a dense, waterproof surface barrier.  It consists of Portland cement, well graded quartz sand and polymer enhanced special chemical ingredients.

AQUAFIN - 1K does not contain any ingredients which could negatively affect reinforcement or concrete.  After mixing with water it cures to a hard, rigid membrane. In zones posed to cracking or movement AQUAFIN - 2K/M is recommened.

AQUAFIN - 2K - FABRIC is a flexible, alkali resistant, non woven, thermally spunbonded polypropylene geotextile.  It reinforces the tear resistance of AQUAFIN-2K/M.

AQUAFIN - IC (IntegraCoat) Capillary / Crystalline waterproofing

AQUAFIN-IC (IntegraCoat) is a state-of the art one-component, penetrating cemetitious material which waterproofs and protects new or old structurally sound concrete or concrete masonry in-depth.  It resists strong hydrostatic pressure and is not a vapor barrier (lets concrete “breathe”).

AQUAFIN-IC contains active waterproofing chemicals which react with moisture and free lime in the concrete, creating insoluble crystalline complexes which seal the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks.  They penetrate even against strong hydrostatic pressure, becoming an integral part of the concrete.  The waterproofing chemicals remain active for the life of the structure, permanently sealing it from water penetration.

AQUAFIN MORTAR - IC is a cementitious, ready-mixed waterproof repairing and sealing mortar.  It consists of rapid setting Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals which resist water pressure.

Applied in conjuction with AQUAFIN-IC (IntegraCoat) for:

• Installation of seal strips (reglets and coves) at joints to assure water tightness

AQUAFIN VAPORTIGHT COAT - SG2 is a 2-component, VOC compliant, moisture tolerant, extremely high density epoxy based product which prevents the passage of water-vapor and moisture through slabs on grade, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings.  It also prevents capillary infiltration of oil or other chemicals from the ground.

HYDRO-POX CT .04-204 (NSF 61 CERTIFIED)
100% SOLIDS, POLY-AMINE EPOXY COATING

AQUAFIN CON-TECH HYDRO-POX CT .04-204 is a non-polluting, solvent-free, two component, 100% solids Epoxy Coating System.  It is self-priming, and a strong high chemical resistant barrier against potable water, salt water and sewage water.  It resists attacks from acid and alkaline, xylene, crude oil, and gasoline. It is phenol free and has a smooth glossy surface appearance, with no exudation.

Typical Applications:

# Water insoluble lining and repair to prolong the life of potable, salt and waste water tanks, sewage systems, manholes, digesters, pipelining, tank linings, etc.

# Designed to be used for in-situ pipeline repairs and maintenance.

AQUAFIN CON-TECH HYDRO-PRIME 251 is a two component, low viscosity 100% solids, deep penetrating primer/sealer/injection. It is designed for use on properly prepared porous substrates, concrete, plaster, wood and masonry. It reinforces porous substrates due to its deep penetration.
